In the Lab

The laboratory portion of any organic chemistry course is often a significant source of stress for students. Much of this comes from a lack of familiarity with the techniques and procedures. has some legacy video which might help to remedy this by showing some of the basic techniques students will encounter. These are text-based tutorials accompanied by (silent) Quicktime movies that illustrate many of the techniques performed in an organic lab course. Keep in mind that your lab equipment might be very different.
